Hey Guys

jusy wandering if anyone can give me some ideas on how to fix this issue.

I'm currenty using JAWS 11 on a netbook with Windows 7.
JAWS seems to be working fine and reading everything out unti i go into things like my documents, pictures or music.

take my music for example it will tell you your at the my music folder, but will not read out anything that is in the folder, is this a JAWS setting issue?

It sounds like a folders setting.
I can't give you explicit instructions as I am still using an older xp computer.

However, you should make sure that the view of all folders is set to "detail".

Sorry I can't be more help, I hope others will help you.

it sounds like a resolution setting. If you navigate to the control panel, type display in the search field, and insure resolution is set to lets try 1024 by 768 also, when you first go in that dialogue, it should say 100 percent, if it says 125, this is a larger font, and you'll want to adjust this down to 100. Lastly, and this is a big one, make sure you're running the very last build of jaws 11, the issue sound more similar to issues experienced in earlier builds of J11.
